About us
Potaki is the baked potato of 31 August Street: a whole potato, baked until fluffy inside and crisp on the skin, mashed with butter and cheese and filled with hot sauce and toppings — the idea comes from Turkish kumpir, and we make it right in front of you. A 550–600 g portion keeps you full until the evening; pick one of the 7 recipes, add up to 10 extra toppings and it is ready in 15–20 minutes. Pick it up at 20 31 August Street, order by phone for the office from 5 portions at a set time, or get it delivered by Glovo.
